To begin therapy

Please feel free to contact me through phone, text, email, or my contact form. Once you reach out, I will arrange a brief conversation with you to better understand your needs and find suitable times for our sessions.

It is important to me that the payment process is convenient for you and me and I kindly request that you make the payment via BACS either in advance or on the day of your appointment before it’s started. This flexibility is intended to accommodate your circumstances and provide easy access to therapy.

Appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis at the same time. However, I understand that the frequency and timing may need to be adjusted based on the progress we make together or your individual needs. Please be assured I will be mindful of these factors and ensure you have the most beneficial therapeutic experience.

I offer both online and in-person sessions (online sessions are only offered to 18+), this empowers you to choose the method which best suits you. If necessary, a combination of online and in-person sessions can take place. For online therapy, we will be using or WhatsApp as our platform.  This ensures a private and uninterrupted session, please make sure you have access to a suitable device and a stable Wi-Fi signal in a confidential location. I want to emphasise that your privacy and confidentiality are of utmost importance to me. You can find comprehensive information about my confidentiality and cancellation policies in the contract provided in our first session. Additionally, I have a privacy notice that explains how I handle and store client data, ensuring that your information remains secure and confidential.

Online Therapy

The Technology:

• Online sessions will be conducted through WhatsApp or and for those 18+.

• You can access these apps on your phone, tablet, desktop, or laptop.

• They are free to download and use for our sessions.

• Your privacy is protected, as the content cannot be accessed by the company. Each session will be passworded, and I use encryption settings for added security.

• If you're new to this technology, you may want to try it with a friend or family member first to see if your signal is good and if you feel comfortable using it.

• Make sure you can see and hear me during the session, and I'll do the same.

The Sessions:

• Online sessions will last up to 50 minutes and will happen at the same time each week.

• If we used to meet face-to-face, we'll try to keep the same schedule whenever possible.

• I'll be in a private space, and you should find a quiet and safe place for yourself at home or work.

• If needed, discuss this arrangement with others in your household to avoid interruptions.

• During the session, turn off notifications on your devices to stay focused.
